Instructions

1. Download the Application.

2. Fill out via computer entry or print and fill out.

3. Make sure you sign the application accompanying form or we will not be able to process your request.

4. Mail the forms back to us along with a check for $17 for an individual or married couple or $17 for each person applying for the loan. The check should be made payable to GMHC.

6. You may need to attend home buyer counseling classes during the purchase process. To access information about these classes contact the Minnesota Home Ownership Center.
